SHIPPING POLICY:
We offer the following delivery services:

Express Delivery via SF express (Limited to Hong Kong only, unable to accept special request on gift wrapping)

Pick up by Appointment (Limited to Hong Kong only, limited locations)
With the exception of specifically listed promotions on the website, delivery policy is listed below.

Free Delivery with every order over HK$1000 (after discount).

HK$50 delivery fee will be charged for orders below HK$1000 (after discount).

P.O Box is not accepted as shipping address.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer when placing their order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, customer needs to place a separate order for each address.

Shipping days and schedules

The shipment will be ready in 1-3 business days upon confirmation of payment. Delivery time might vary depending on stock availability. If the courier fails to contact the recipient when delivering the package, the parcel will be postponed to the next working day to arrange delivery.

A confirmation SMS along with the tracking link will be sent to the phone no. provided by the customer.

Once the order is shipped out, any changes in the address shall be arranged with Kerry Express by contacting their Customer Service directly. Any delay in the delivery/incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.

If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact Kerry Express directly in order to make further arrangements. If the delivery cannot be reached multiple times, your order might risk being cancelled and not refunded.
RETURN POLICY

The order cannot be revised or canceled once confirmed. However, we shall try checking with the relevant departments regarding your request and contact you again within 3 working days. The shipment might be slightly delayed. Thank you for supporting IBRENDAE.

All products are non-exchangeable & non-refundable once received unless confirmed with defect case (Must provide Photo to apply for an exchange/refund with our Customer Service Team.)

All products to be exchanged must be accompanied by the original Receipt and an exchanged reference number.

No products may be exchanged if on any sale, used, opened, or damaged.

Each item can only be exchanged once.

To return any items, please contact Customer Service on 3182 6953 or by email info@ibrendae.com from Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.

Postage will not be refunded if any.

Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is completed.

IBRENDAE is not responsible for damage after delivery.

All claims for shortages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

IBRENDAE reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.

Absolutely no information posted to our website or entered into a sales form is disclosed to any third party company other than for the purposes of credit card purchase validation, fulfillment for order delivery, marketing and promotion.
