New Position: Marketing Manager 

Job Location(s): Any place in Hong Kong


  • Develop and execute content marketing strategy and plans to grow, engage, and nurture our target  audiences in the healthcare sector and eventually convert them into sales leads and customers.

  • Produce and manage thought leadership content including articles, whitepapers, interviews, webinars, etc. according to the content calendar and hot topics.

  • Work with freelance campaign marketers to produce client testimonials and other promotional content.

  • Distribute the content and optimise its performance by utilising marketing tactics and tools (newsletters, organic and paid social media, search, Google Analytics).

  • Collaborate with the customer success team, product team, and sales team to produce compelling content that captivates our target audiences and builds our brands.

  • Gatekeep marketing copy quality by reviewing and editing all promotional, thought leadership and event marketing copy produced by the marketing team.

  • Become the go-to marketing content and copy expert in the marketing organisation.

  • Take on other assigned ad-hoc responsibilities.


  • Degree holder with at least 5 years working experience;

  • 5+ years of track record in producing thought leadership content, event content, branded content, or trade media journalism content.

  • A strong knowledge of the healthcare field is highly preferred.

  • Experience in event production (both physical and virtual) is preferred.

  • Open to learn marketing technologies (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce, GCRM etc.).

  • Organised, accountable, hardworking, eager to learn, creative, proactive, flexible, and resilient.

  • Ability to rapidly learn new technologies and familiar in SME management;

  • Mature, dynamic, self-motivated and able to work independently;

  • Align with the Vision, Mission and Core Values of our Company;

  • Good verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills in both Chinese and English; and

  • Diligent, with great initiative and good analytical and problem solving abilities.

Terms of appointment:

  • 1-year contract;

  • 18 days’ paid annual leave; and

  • Gratuity payable plus Company's MPF contributions equivalent to 15% of the total basic salary drawn during the contract period.
